In our March newsletter you will read about the need for Bibles. Regardless of agreements or laws, our ministry remains committed to doing whatever it takes to get the Word into the hands of our persecuted family. May I thank you for standing with our brothers and sisters in what can be a dangerous endeavour for them to get Bibles into the hands of the hungry. You can help more believers like those who have testified of the great joy when they received a Bible. But there are many more who require a Bible and our Bibles Plus program for 2015 is a great way to be involved. I have personally witnessed the great joy of believers receiving a Bible. When I was distributing Bibles in Nepal, over 600 believers walked up to 6 hours to meet us at our rendezvous. Their feet carried them to receive the precious word of God. I could not help thinking of the Scripture that says, “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the Gospel of peace, who bring glad tidings of good things!” Romans 10:15. I wondered how many of these believers would have beautiful feet to preach the Gospel of peace. But the main objective of us bringing them the Word of God was deeply satisfying to our hearts. Watching them receive the Bible, I saw many of the believers hold it close to their face and kiss their holy book with a deep endearment of respect for what was inside. This is their commitment to receive the Word of God in their own language. It was a very precious moment for all of us, seeing these dear brethren holding the Bible close to their heart with a smile on their face.
