With God in Solitary Confinement – Richard Wurmbrand

Pastor Wurmbrand spent three long years of solitary confinement in communist jails. There was no sound, no books, nothing to occupy his mind.

He spent nights composing sermons to combat the possibility of madness and despair, in spiritual exercise and prayer. Throughout the day he slept.
