Indonesia: Bibles Plus From the Field

28 May 2024

Indonesia

Bibles Plus packs were given to members of a house church who have faced opposition from their Muslim neighbours. These church members are forced to move from place to place, sometimes weekly. Packs were provided to these believers to encourage them in their struggle. The packs included a Bible, Christian literature and kitchen items, including food.

“Getting church permits is not easy. The local community and local government often make it difficult for Christians.

“This persecution has united this church and their faith is growing. Muslim radicals can try to stop the church meeting, but they cannot stop these Christians from having their faith in Jesus the Lord. The Bible Plus packs made them aware that they are not fighting alone.” Front-line worker, Indonesia
